We always endeavour to ship items within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

Depending on the size of the parcel, it will either be sent by Royal Mail or UK Mail carriers. We will keep you fully informed and email you as soon as the item has shipped.

IMPORTANT - DELIVERY CHARGES

We try to keep delivery charges to a minimum and postage is always charged at cost. Charges are calculated by weight. If you are ordering a single lightweight product it will be sent by Royal Mail and the individual postage price will be listed.

If you wish to order multiple items there is a flat rate charge of £7.95 for up to 20 kilos + 30p per kilo for every kilo over 20kg. Therefore if you have a few items to order it is more cost effective to order them together.

Delivery is to UK Mainland only.

If you are ordering a number of items and your postage exceeds £7.95, we will refund any postage paid over £7.95 (as long as the total weight does not exceed 20kg's).

If your parcel weighs more than 20kg's it will be charged at £7.95 + 30p for every kilo over 20kg.

I will re-fund any overpaid carriage within 24 hours.
